To qualify, you must...

  • Be over 18 years of age to participate in the lab portion of the courses
  • have access to a computer with a high-speed internet connection

The Core is mandatory for all first time students to WATR including incumbent workers.

Career Services



Students are responsible for applying for jobs and showing up prepared for interviews.


You can take multiple certificate programs but not at the same time.


All programs have both an online and a hands-on lab component with scheduled completion dates.



Students must complete all tests and projects at 80% or better to earn a certificate.

Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 crisis, tours are temporarily suspended.

All fees for WATR classes are due at registration and payment plans are not accepted.  Also, there are no refunds after the first day of class for all these classes.
